Our Service Area & Hours
We provide HVAC repairs, services, and new installation for homes across Larimer and Weld Counties, from Fort Collins to Windsor, Loveland to Greeley, and more in Northern Colorado. Our standard service hours are Monday through Friday, 8 am to 6 pm and Saturdays by appointment. We also offer emergency heating service in the winter and easy online scheduling.

Meet The Owners
Luke Adams (left) and Zach Parriott (right) have been serving homeowners for over a decade and aim to provide the best experience for you.
Zach is originally from Omaha, and moved to Colorado for the outdoor adventures. He has been in the HVAC industry for over 10 years and holds a degree in it. “I love to help people find solutions to their heating and cooling needs during the week, but I spend most of my free time with my wife Nikki and our two pets (doodles), hiking, camping and occasionally summiting Colorado's 14ers.”
Luke has been in Northern Colorado most of his life and spends time camping and exploring with his wife and two wonderful boys. For the last 12 years Luke has enjoyed the process of bringing homeowners’ ideas to fruition. “Heating and Cooling is so important in our ever-changing climate in Colorado, I want to make sure you’re comfortable in your home.”
