“I initially inquired for a smart thermostat installation and received not only that but a much needed upgrade to my 100+ year old home. Zach arrived and informed me that my house was at risk of Carbon Monoxide exposure due to the furnace exhaust being corroded. I was able to review the photos of the corrosion, photos of my older heating system, and he put together options for both repair and replace. Zach / Compass heating provided comprehensive options and context for all levels of remedying my situation, and didn't try to upsell me or scare me into a larger purchase. Zach and Luke were helpful in informing me of my options and were extremely considerate of my priorities. Ultimately, I upgraded my chimney liner, exhaust vent, and heating system. From the moment I called them about my thermostat to when they finished the project, it was done in 36 hours. When they came over to do the heavy work / installation they were very courteous of my partner and I working from home as well as our pets.
